  • Act as liaison between bride and groom and the vendors by negotiating contracts, ongoing
    correspondence, attending and facilitating meetings and ensuring contracts are fulfilled
  • Obtain hotel room block agreements
  • Assemble, manage and mail invites and RSVPs
  • Manage assembly of programs, favors, and welcome baskets
  • Schedule transportation (limousines, exit cars, shuttle buses, specialty vehicles)
  • Offer etiquette advice
  • Assistance with decision making and execution of design and décor

  • Provide “Emergency Kit” for wedding day
